Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Recruit and onboard new agents.
- Provide training and continuous support to agents.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and report on agent performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-5 years of preferred sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
- Must reside in the local area.
