Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Identify and recruit agents through various channels.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead agent onboarding and provide ongoing training.
  • Agent Development: Support agents to meet sales targets through coaching and mentorship.
  • Sales Performance: Implement strategies to meet area sales goals and monitor agent performance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide agency development officers.
