We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing the agency channel sales process, driving business growth, and meeting sales targets. Candidates should have relevant experience in the agency channel sales domain.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to meet sales targets through the agency channel.
- Coordinate with agency partners to ensure smooth operations and maximize business opportunities.
- Ensure all team members practice good time management.
- Comply with agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensure staff adherence.
- Research current industry and market trends to identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing within the BFSI/Insurance sector.
- Age: 24-38 years.
- Qualification: At least a bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication skills, and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with agency partners.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
