Key Responsibilities:

– Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for life insurance and mutual funds.
– Partner Recruitment:Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents and brokers to expand the distribution network.
– Business Development Foster relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and businesses to promote investment in insurance products and mutual funds.
– Training & Development:Provide ongoing training and support to agents and partners to improve sales performance and product knowledge.
– **Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas within the insurance and banking sectors.
– Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management on sales performance, market conditions, and growth opportunities.
– Onsite Engagement: Regularly visit clients and partners in the region to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or a related field.
– Proven expertise in partner recruitment, direct sales, and managing a sales team.
– Strong understanding of investment products, including mutual funds and life insurance.
