Key Responsibilities:

·         Create and put into action efficient plans to meet sales goals via the agency channel.

·         Oversee and collaborate with agency partners to guarantee seamless operations and optimize commercial prospects.

·         Ensuring that every employee manages their time effectively.

·         Respecting agency rules, policies, and procedures and making sure employees follow them.

·         Investigating current market and industry trends and applying the results to enhance business operations.

Requirements:

·         Experience: At least two years of BFSI/insurance sales and marketing experience is needed.

·         Age range: 24–38 years

·         Qualifications: A minimum degree of graduation is necessary.

·         Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
