Job Description

To drive the Agency Channel in the insurance industry in India, we are seeking an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager. In your designated area, you will promote growth, increase market presence, and supervise the sales performance of agents and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and increase regional sales while making sure goals are reached.

• Find, hire, and train new agents and agencies; offer continuing guidance and assistance.

• Monitor sales success, examine patterns, and modify tactics for best outcomes.

• Establish trusting bonds with top agents; address problems and guarantee consistency with corporate objectives.

• Ensure that ethical sales practices and IRDAI laws are followed throughout the region.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree

• One to two years in marketing and sales

• Sales analysis, communication, and leadership.

• Proactive, goal-oriented, highly skilled at solving problems, and morally upright
