Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and manage channel partners to drive sales performance.
Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Identify new channel opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
Track and analyze sales performance, ensuring targets are met and KPIs are achieved.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to align on promotional efforts and product offerings.
Provide ongoing training and sales support to partners.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a channel or partner management role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience in managing multiple partners and relationships.
