About the Role:
The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies for driving business growth in the region.
Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related field.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.
Compensation: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.50 LPA + incentives.
