A Sales Development Manager is a leadership position that oversees a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). Their main job is to help the team find new leads and build a strong sales pipeline. They ensure the team meets its goals by providing coaching, managing performance, and creating effective plans for success.
Responsibilities :
Hire, train, and acclimate new sales team members.
locating fresh commercial prospects.
Build a solid sales funnel and assist the team in acquiring new clients.
Find, hire, and train new members of the sales team.
Encourage teamwork while maintaining objective focus.
Continually enhance team performance and sales procedures.
Requirements :
Any Graduate
Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in Field sales and marketing
Age between 21 – 38
Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
