Area Sales Manager
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with a network of advisor and agencies. This role focuses on developing, training, and supporting agents to help them achieve their sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and onboard new insurance advisor.
- Train advisor on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Drive advisor to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase advisor productivity.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular feedback.
SKILLS:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
CRITERIA:
Bachelor degree
1-2 years sales experience
