Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Role: A Sales Development Manager leads a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), focusing on building a strong sales pipeline and identifying new prospects. They ensure the team’s success by managing performance, providing coaching, and developing effective strategies to meet objectives and grow the company.
Responsibilities :
1. Hire, train, and acclimate new sales team members.
2. locating fresh commercial prospects.
3. Build a solid sales funnel and assist the team in acquiring new clients.
4. Find, hire, and train new members of the sales team.
5. Encourage teamwork while maintaining objective focus.
6.Continually enhance team performance and sales procedures.
Requirements :
Any Graduate
At least two to three years of field sales and marketing experience
Age range: 21–38
