Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets
Identify and nurture new business opportunities
Conduct market and competitor research
Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
1 to 8 years of sales experience with a proven sales record
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused
Capable of working independently and in teams
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
