Position Overview: 
The sales professional will be in charge of establishing and maintaining connections with clients, spotting sales possibilities, and boosting the agency’s income. You will collaborate closely with potential clients to comprehend their insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions that support their objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 
By finding, contacting, and interacting with potential customers via a variety of channels, including as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing leads, you can create new business prospects.
Perform needs analyses and explain potential customers the benefits of the agency’s insurance products in customized presentations
Based on their changing needs, find ways to upsell or cross-sell more goods and services to current customers.
Create and preserve a professional network.

Desired candidate profile:  
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Years Experience in Insurance sector
