Job Description

Role:Area Sales Manager

 

Objective: Lead and grow a sales team, identify new business opportunities, and help expand the company. A business development manager (BDM) is a key player in a company who identifies new business opportunities and develops strategies to grow the business

 

Key Responsibilities :

• Set goals and create plans for business and revenue growth.

• Research and implement strategies to target new markets.

• Identify potential clients in those markets.

• Follow up on leads and guide them through the sales process.

• Set team goals and develop plans to achieve them.

 

Requirements:

• Graduate degree or equivalent.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing.

• Age between 21 and 38 years.

• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication skills.
