In order to spur growth, boost sales, and penetrate new markets, a business development manager finds new prospects, cultivates relationships with clients, and develops plans.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Roles & Responsibilities :
• To expand the company, look for new markets and customers.
• Bargaining and closing agreements with partners and clients.
• Work together to support growth with the product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Create lasting relationships and make sure new clients have a seamless onboarding experience.
Skills Required :
• Capable of establishing connections and closing transactions through effective communication and writing.
• Be able to improve sales and revenue by using sales methods.
• Able to identify new prospects by analyzing consumer demands and market trends.
• Capable of identifying issues and coming up with original solutions.
