Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to oversee and drive business growth within the Agency Channel in a designated region. This role involves managing and supporting a team of Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents to achieve sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train new financial advisors, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
• Provide continuous training and support to enhance advisors’ skills and sales performance.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with advisors to ensure success and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while analyzing market trends for regional growth.
• Track and report sales performance, sharing progress with senior management regularly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team toward achieving business objectives.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with both agents and clients.
