Job Description
An Area Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets within a specific geographic area.
Key Requirement:
- Education: Graduation is Required/12th pass can also apply.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (any industry).
- Must own a bike and valid license.
- Only local candidates will be applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned area, ensuring revenue goals are met.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned area.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions.
