Job Description

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing sales activities within a designated geographic area.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the assigned area.
• Drive the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.

 Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
•  2+Years of Field sales experiences.
•  Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
•  Age Criteria:21 to 38.
•  Fix CTC + Incentive
