Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Job Description :

– Prepared for Field Sales and Marketing Building relationships with advisors or managers through. insurance policies Maximum Field Work and Hiring New Advisors.

– Establish Business Objectives With Advisors .

– Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance

– Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell Insurance solutions.

Candidate profile :

Required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 + Years in Any Field Sales & Marketing

Candidate should be comfortable working through Direct Sourcing

CTC Bracket: up To : 3.15 LPA

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Candidate must be a locality
