The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing the ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving additional sales. They will ensure that the client experience is smooth, and will be the primary point of contact for any concerns or opportunities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services/products to existing clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Track account progress and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduation is compulsorily.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client relations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients.
- Ability to assess and understand client needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
