Job Description
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Roles and Responsibilities :
– Achieving sales goals, managing relationships, and acquiring new clients are the main priorities of the role.
– Training, motivating and driving these certified financial consultants to sell insurance
– Establish Business Objectives With Advisors
– Participate in market research and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
– Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent/IM under his/her hierarchy.
Job Specifications:
– Graduation mandatory.
– Age : 21 to 38.
– 2 years of experience in sales And Marketing Field
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred.
