Job Description
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a designated geographical area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends effectively.
- 2+Year of sales experience required.
- Age limit is 24-38.
