Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve Sales Targets: Develop strategies to meet or exceed regional sales goals.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train Sales Representatives to improve performance.
Customer Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospects.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
Sales Planning & Reporting: Create sales forecasts and provide regular performance reports.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
1-2 years of Sales experience.
Goal-oriented with a focus on sales performance.
Age Criteria : 24 To 40 Years.
