Area Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration within a designated geographical area through the agency channel. This role involves leading and motivating a team of agency managers to achieve sales targets, recruit and develop agents, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area-level sales goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of agency managers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agency managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements :
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Bachelor Degree is a Must
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience
- Age Criteria 22 – 38
