Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead the Bancassurance Channel in a specific region. The role involves managing relationships with bank branches, driving sales through bank staff, and leading a team of sales executives or relationship managers to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales through assigned bank branches in the area.
Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff.
Lead a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Officers and support their performance.
Drive insurance sales through regular branch visits, joint calls, and customer meetings.
Monitor sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Conduct training sessions and product refreshers for bank staff.
Resolve branch or partner-related issues promptly.
Provide regular reports and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements:
Graduate is Mandatory.
4–7 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 1–2 years in the Banca channel.
Strong team management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work closely with banking partners and handle multiple branches.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area.
