Job Summary:
An Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing sales operations in a specific geographical region. This role includes managing a team of sales representatives or executives, achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, maintaining strong relationships with key clients or distributors, and ensuring effective implementation of company sales strategies
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set, monitor, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the assigned area.
- Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions to improve outcomes.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives or officers.
- Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and provide on-field support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Use insights to guide the sales team and adjust strategy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (any field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
