Job Title: Area Sales manager
We are hiring a Area Sales manager to lead our sales team working on the ground. You will be responsible for helping the team meet targets by planning visits, talking to customers, and making sure sales activities are running smoothly.
Your main tasks will include:
- Lead a team of field sales staff and assign daily tasks
- Make sure the team meets sales targets in their areas
- Visit important clients and assist with closing deals
- Give training and support to new and current team members
- Track team performance and share reports with management
- Ensure good customer service during and after the sale
- Understand the market and share updates from the field
- Keep clear records of visits, deals, and customer feedback
Candidate Profile:
- Has 2–6 years of field sales experience, with some team-handling background
- Is comfortable traveling and working outside the office
- Can speak clearly, listen well, and solve problems quickly
- Knows how to lead a small team and guide them towards goals
- Can work with targets and keep the team motivated
- Is organized and confident in handling customers
- Holds a degree or diploma in any field (sales or marketing is a plus)
