Overview of the Job:

To oversee our sales force on the ground, we are employing an area sales manager. You will be in charge of organizing visits to assist the team in reaching goals.

Your primary responsibilities will be:

Oversee a group of field salespeople and delegate daily responsibilities.

Ensure that the group reaches its respective sales goals.

Visit significant customers and help close transactions.

Provide both new and existing team members with assistance and training.

Monitor the performance of the team.

Profile of the Candidate:

has two to six years of experience in field sales.

possesses the ability to manage a small group and direct them toward objectives

able to work with goals and maintain team motivation

is confident and well-organized when interacting with clients.

possesses a degree or certificate in any discipline.
