Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our operations within a designated geographic region in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate
- Preferred local candidate.
