Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our operations within a designated geographic region in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to penetrate new markets and expand customer base.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales for agency channel and for direct channel minimum 1 year of experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Required all previously employed company experience certificate
  • Preferred local candidate.
