Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive primary and secondary sales within an assigned territory. This role involves executing sales strategies, expanding distribution, and achieving volume and value targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents from various sources including referrals, job fairs, and fieldwork.
- Provide initial induction and ongoing skill development programs to ensure advisors are well-equipped for sales success.
- Drive life/general insurance sales through the recruited agents by guiding them to meet their sales targets.
- Accompany advisors on client meetings and sales pitches to provide support and close deals.
- Set clear sales goals for the agency team and work closely with them to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
