Your key responsibilities include:

• Assigning tasks and tracking daily work progress
• Supporting and training team members when needed
• Solving day-to-day issues quickly and professionally
• Checking the quality of work and maintaining standards
• Preparing simple reports and updates for managers
• Helping the team meet individual and group targets
• Giving regular feedback and keeping team morale high

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2 to 5 years of total work experience
• Understands how to manage day-to-day team activities
• Is good at communication and problem-solving
• Is responsible, approachable, and team-focused
• Has completed graduation (in any field)
