Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and manage the sales operations in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of field sales executives or territory sales managers
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends in the assigned area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper market coverage and team performance
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a team-leading role
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Sound understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Local market knowledge is a strong advantage
  • Locality is important
