Your Role : 

  • Take charge of identifying and appointing capable advisors in your designated area.
  • Cultivate high performance by mentoring your team to reach activation and productivity benchmarks.
  • Deliver effective training that enhances advisors’ product knowledge, market insight, and sales effectiveness.
  • Consistently work toward business goals, ensuring targets related to recruitment, product diversification, and client retention are met.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to boost overall team success.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through regular interactions.
  • Strategically expand your territory through smart segmentation, lead generation, and focused outreach.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing across any industry.
  • Education: A graduate degree is essential.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to inspire and manage teams
  • A goal-driven mindset with strong focus on results
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Familiarity with territory management and modern sales techniques
