Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee and grow sales operations in the assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving revenue, expanding market reach, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute area-level sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives or Sales Officers
• Monitor daily activities, productivity, and performance of the sales team
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key clients
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in field sales
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of the regional market and customer
