Role Summary:
We are hiring a proactive Field Sales Manager to join our growth team in Visakhapatnam. Your responsibilities will focus on increasing regional sales, creating a motivated agent team, and leveraging local ties to generate opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Meet sales targets by reaching out to prospects in your area
- Identify, recruit, and train local agents for sales outreach
- Conduct daily/weekly team reviews to track performance
- Build trust and visibility in the neighborhood
- Use your community presence to bring in consistent leads
Candidate Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 2+ years of direct/open market sales experience
- Local market awareness and client relationships
- Must have lived in Visakhapatnam for a minimum of 3 years
