Location: Visakhapatnam 
Remuneration: ₹3.5 LPA + Incentive Structures 
Role Summary: 
We are hiring a proactive Field Sales Manager to join our growth team in Visakhapatnam. Your responsibilities will focus on increasing regional sales, creating a motivated agent team, and leveraging local ties to generate opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Meet sales targets by reaching out to prospects in your area
  • Identify, recruit, and train local agents for sales outreach
  • Conduct daily/weekly team reviews to track performance
  • Build trust and visibility in the neighborhood
  • Use your community presence to bring in consistent leads

Candidate Criteria: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • 2+ years of direct/open market sales experience
  • Local market awareness and client relationships
  • Must have lived in Visakhapatnam for a minimum of 3 years
