Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition
- Achieving Sales Targets
- Drive business development through your team.
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Conduct field visits and open accounts through direct selling.
- Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team development and Leadership skills
- Lead Generation
