Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Sales Executives in Junagadh. The role involves team leadership, field sales planning, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives
Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance
Develop strategies to increase business in assigned areas
Conduct field visits, joint calls, and regular team reviews
Maintain high team morale and ensure productivity
Build strong relationships with customers and partners

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate with 2+ years of sales and team handling experience (BFSI preferred)
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and target-driven mindset
Familiar with the Junagadh market and willing to travel locally
