Job Description   
We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our Agency Channel team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Lead provides by company you need to work on this lead.
  • Visit customers or clients in-person to promote and sell products/services
  • Visit potential clients in industrial areas to generate and qualify leads.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify high-potential leads
  • Identify skill gaps, product knowledge deficits, or regulatory training needs among agents.

Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales.
  • Monthly team performance bonuses
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
