Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales in a specific region. You will be responsible for managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring business growth in the assigned area.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of sales executives or representatives
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the area
- Develop sales plans and strategies for the assigned region
- Build strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
