Job Description: 
We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for building a strong agency workforce and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Build and manage a network of agency partners in the territory.
• Assist agents in prospecting, client acquisition, and closing sales.
• Ensure timely issuance and quality of business.
• Monitor daily sales activities and report to management.
• Conduct regular field visits and participate in client presentations.

Qualification & Experience: 

• Graduation mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of sales/marketing experience
• ️ Strong interpersonal & communication skills
