Position: Area Sales Manager –

Experience: 3+ Years in Sales / BFSI / Life Insurance
Qualification: Any Graduate /  Preferred
Compensation: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train & manage team of Sales Managers / Advisors.

• Drive business growth through effective team management.

• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the assigned area.

• Motivate and monitor team to ensure consistent performance.

• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Ensure compliance, documentation, and business quality.

Desired Candidate:

• Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / Agency or Team Handling.

• Strong leadership & communication skills.

• Result-oriented with team management ability.

• Local candidates preferred.
