Position: Area Sales Manager – Field Sales
Location: Rajasthan 
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales / BFSI / Insurance / FMCG / Telecom
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of field sales executives.
• Drive sales growth and achieve area sales targets.
• Develop and manage distribution channels and business partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
• Ensure field productivity through training and motivation.
• Monitor daily sales reports and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Local candidates preferred.
