Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by managing a team of sales executives or advisors. The role involves achieving business targets, expanding the customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies at the ground level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives or Advisors to achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Identify and tap new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular field visits, training, and reviews to enhance productivity.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational efficiency.
