Job Description

Job Responsibilities ::

• Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners.
• Drive sales through agency, banca, or partner channels.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Train, support, and motivate channel partners to increase productivity.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure lead flow.
• Handle field visits and support partners in client meetings.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.

Eligibility ::

• Graduation mandatory.
• 1+ year experience in Sales/Channel Sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred).
• Good communication & relationship-building skills.
• Local candidates preferred.
