We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations in the assigned area. The role involves handling a sales team, developing customers, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities in the assigned area
Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Visit key customers, distributors, and dealers
Develop new markets and business opportunities
Monitor team performance and sales reports
Collect market and competitor information
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation completed (mandatory)
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in field sales
Team handling experience preferred
Good leadership and communication skills
Willingness to travel within the area
Salary & Benefits: 4.00 LPA + Incentives
