Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned area. The candidate will lead the sales team, generate new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the sales team in the assigned area
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Develop new business opportunities and increase sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Monitor team performance and provide support and training
• Conduct market visits to understand customer needs
• Plan and implement sales strategies for business growth
• Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation completed in any stream
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or field sales
• Team handling experience preferred
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willing to travel within the assigned area
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

Salary: ₹2.50 LPA – ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
