Job Description

We are hiring a highly driven and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our Agency Channel business. The role focuses on building a strong advisor network, driving field sales, and achieving business targets through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the agency distribution network in the assigned territory
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard quality insurance advisors
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to advisors
  • Drive business through advisors by supporting them in client meetings and closures
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor team productivity and market coverage
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers for long-term business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales (Insurance/Banking/Finance preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field work
