Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to recruit, train, and manage agents while achieving business targets through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Recruit and onboard agents
⦁ Train and motivate agents to achieve sales goals
⦁ Generate business through the advisor team
⦁ Build strong relationships with customers and agents
⦁ Support advisors in client meetings and policy sales
⦁ Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
⦁ Maintain sales reports and documentation

Eligibility
⦁ Bachelor’s degree mendatory
