Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to recruit, train, and manage insurance agents while achieving business targets through the agency channel.
Key Responsibilities

• Train and motivate agents to achieve sales goals
• Generate business through the agents team
• Build strong relationships with customers and agents
• Support advisors in client meetings and policy sales
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Maintain sales reports and documentation

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory
• 2+ years experience in field sales
