Job Title: Area Sales Manager – FMCG
Location: Jorhat
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Role and Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to tell them about different insurance plans.
• Understand what the customer needs and suggest the right plan.
• Go to the field daily to find new customers and follow up with old ones.
• Complete all steps needed to issue the policy.
• Keep good contact with clients even after the sale.
• Share daily work reports with your senior or team leader.
• Learn about new plans and updates shared by the company.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum graduation preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of sales experience, insurance or finance preferred.
• Able to talk clearly and politely with different people.
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings.
• A two-wheeler and license are useful for the job.
